Taking foundation from "Going Visual" (co-authored by Apeer CEO, Bob Goldstein), the momentous book that demonstrates the means for harnessing the power of digital images and video to streamline information flow, communicate more effectively and gain competitive advantage, digital media industry veterans Bob Goldstein, Paul Wensley and Jon Bloodworth founded Apeer, the world's first all-in-one group communication and collaboration application for digital media.

The founders leveraged their collective knowledge to identify the specific need for a common media player in a shared space that could handle multiple media formats, and the ability to integrate the exchange of media files simultaneously with multiple users.

After two years of development, our idea of creating a simple, useful way for people to experience "instant media" is a reality.
