Senior Quality Assurance Engineer/Quality Assurance Engineer

Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical major is required. 3+ years of relevant experience for senior level position. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proven, verifiable and hands-on track record in regression testing, prototyping, debugging and troubleshooting client/server applications in C++ and Java
• Strong technical background, experienced with TCP/IP/UDP, WAN, LAN, network analysis, understanding of software programming, structure, issues and methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking/reporting systems, reproducing bugs, logging and tracking bugs, white-box testing, creating test cases and build automation on Windows and Unix
• Experience with source code revision control systems
• IT experience including operating systems installation and configuration (Windows XP, Vista, 2003 and 2008 Server, Apple OS X Tiger/Leopard and Debian Linux), network configuration and application monitoring
• Improve business, technical and feature specifications. Collaboration with engineers in all aspects of development
• Evaluation and implementation of testing strategies and tools. Experience with with feature and test-driven test methodologies
• Fanatical perseverance to see an issue to its resolution in a timely manner with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-starter, enthusiastic, organized, thorough, detail-oriented, quality perfectionist, positive drive and "can do" attitude with excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Senior C++ Software Engineer/C++ Engineers

Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical major from top tier school is required. 5+ years of relevant experience for senior level position. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Expert, verifiable and hands-on experience with C++ development on Windows and Unix. OS X and mobile device development experience desirable
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with of two other major programming languages, object oriented programming, design patterns, Microsoft Visual Studio suite and gcc. p2p software development experience a plus
• Extensive knowledge of C++ Standard Library, multi-threaded, networking, client/server, socket's programming, networking protocol development and web technologies (including SSL, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, TCP/IP/UDP, DNS) on Windows and Unix. Experience with bandwidth throttling and real-time network traffic processing
• Experience with image (JPEG & JPEG 2000, GIF, BMP, PNG) and video (MPEG, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264) standards
• Experience with shipping shrink-wrapped software and feature-driven development
• Ability to accurately scope development time
• Experience with source code revision control systems
• Dedication to well written, standards compliant scalable code
• Self-starter, enthusiastic, organized, thorough, detail-oriented, quality perfectionist, positive drive and "can do" attitude with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
